Instructions
Intro: Fund raising helps pay for trophies and awards at the Cross Country banquet. It also helps pay for invitationals and equipmen It also helps pay for your uniform and warm-ups--YOU OWN them if you pay for them! And you can trade them in for FREE once a year until you graduate :)
Selling instructions:
1) Put your name (first and last), cell number, Coach Cobain, Ramona HS on the Pacific Fund Raisers order form!!!
2) Write the customer’s name & phone on the left
3) Mark the appropriate box item and put the amount paid on the right
Note: People love these items.
True story: Juan Espino in the fall of 2021 SOLD 152 items by just asking people 😊 You can also give your parents a second order form to sell at their work place.
Checks or Cash:
1) Yes, you can accept personal checks from people instead of cash
2) All checks need to be made out to Ramona Cross Country
Turn-in instructions:
1) Mark the grand totals for each item at the bottom of the order sheet
2) Add up the amount paid down the right column to TOTAL Amount Paid
3) Add up the grand totals for each item to TOTAL number of items sold
4) Take the money and the order form to the Ramona Finance Office
Finance Office Times:
Before school, during lunch, after school
5) The finance office will be balancing the orders with the money turned in
Incentives:
1) Up to 5 lettering points for 5 items sold + 5 more lettering points for picking up items on time on !
2) 1 FREE NY Cheesecake or chocolate chip cookie dough or pumpkin roll or Panda popcorn for every 10 items sold (20 items = 2 free dessert items)
3) 1 FREE Track & Field bag for anyone selling 20 or more items!
4) Earn $5 for each item towards purchasing your uniform ($50) and/or warm-up ($50)
5) TOP 3 item sellers get a $50 gift card to either Big 5 or Coffee Bean or Panera
Dates:
1) TBA, start date
Packets will be available at Wednesday's morning practice on TBA. Also they will be available in Coach Cobian's room 45.
2) TBA. You can turn in your form and money into the Ramona finance office prior to this date! THEN, you NEED to turn in the form and receipt to Coach Cobian!
3) TBA, 2025 pick-up date in the Ramona Concessions room or T&F room, which ever is best available
2025 Malibu Moves Half Marathon VOLUNTEER opportunity!
Day: Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025
Meet: 1:30 am at the Ramona Front Parking lot, yes 1:30 in the morning!
What: Helping with the Malibu Moves Half Marathon Start/Finish Line. It takes us one and a half hours to drive there!
Return: Between 4-5 pm.
Fund Raiser: Yes, we can earn up to at least $150 for each volunteer (min. of 12 volunteers) and you will get to keep your uniform and maybe your warm-up if you help!
Food: We will grab a late lunch at Costco on the way home, so bring $5--Costco has really good prices!

2025 Hyrox in Anaheim
VOLUNTEER opportunity!
Day: Saturday, December 13th
Meet: 5:45 am at the Ramona Front Parking lot
What: Helping with the Hyrox fitness competition at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Return: Between 3-4 pm.
Fund Raiser: Yes, we earn $25 for each volunteer and this will go towards your track & field uniform/warm-up!
Food: We will grab a late lunch at Costco on the way home, so bring $5--Costco has really good prices!
