Approve fund raising through Pacific Fundraiser dessert sales that begins Sept. 4 and ends Oct. 2 with delivery on Oct. 9.
Approve payment to Pacific Fundraiser from Cross Country club funds for no more than $4,500 to be deposited between Sept. 11 through Oct. 2.
Approve accepting donations for cross country uniforms and warm-ups. Athletes keep the uniform and warm-ups.
Approve payment to Mountie Express Cross Country from Cross Country club funds no more than $500 payment for athlete participation in the Mountie Express on Aug. 31, 2024.
Approve payment to Woodbridge HS Cross Country from Cross Country club funds no more than $600 payment for athlete participation in the Woodbridge Cross Country Invite on Sept. 20, 2024.
Approve payment to Brea Cross Country from Ramona HS Athletic funds for no more than $600 payment for athlete participation in the Brea Invite on Oct. 5, 2024.
Approve payment to Mt. SAC from Ramona HS Athletic funds for no more than $600 payment for athlete participation in the Mt. SAC Invite on Oct. 26, 2024.
Approve payment to Bell Gardens Cross Country from Athletic LCAP funds for no more than $600 payment for athlete participation in the Bell Gardens Invite on Oct. 19, 2024.
