The Chapter opens on a wide shot of a call center as Nancy calls the Senior Instructor: Jonas Anthony. The call was to get him and the seniors to enter the District Games. The call ends with Jonas asks Nancy to double the offer and he'll join. The point of view switches to the Leidan Council Room as the lower classman are already gathered. The next page officially reveal the seniors and Nancy asks the three to introduce themselves to the freshman. Makayla volunteered to go first. She states her name as Makayla Conway and mentions as a fun fact that Kyla is her cousin (actually second cousin). The next senior to introduce himself was Orion after cutting Makayla off. He introduces himself as Orion Manus and ends his introduction by saying "It's hard to see the signs when they're in your face so don't take anything for granted." All the freshman question what he just said and Makayla makes fun of him telling him "you're confusing the freshman." Makai cuts in to shut them both up and he first asks where Jonas was. Being told he'll be there soon, he introduces himself as Makai and doesn't say his last name making Hydama think about that. Nyah actually asks Makai about it and he tells her "I'd rather not mention that." Nyah inquires again and Makai tells her to drop it. Koga tells Nyah to shut up then Makai tells Koga he doesn't need to intervene. Makai asks about Koga's eyepatch and Koga reveals the Techno-Oculus to the seniors. Jonas arrives afterwards and the chapter ends with him saying "Yeah yeah, I'm late, let's get to the fucking point."
