The chapter opens in the Leidan Palace with Electro Deus: Althan sitting on his throne as an imperial guard enters his chamber to notify him of news. This goes downhill quickly as the guard did not address Althan properly causing him to kill him without a second thought and calls in another guard to tell him the news the other failed to do. He's told The Guardian gained access to the crystals of the life phantoms and one already reawakened then the other two are intended to reawaken within half an hour. Althan teleports himself to the palace in Insula Hidro, introducing Aqua Deus: Koken. The two interact momentarally until Koken makes Althan get to the point in which he mentions the life phantoms' revival and subsequent declaration of war against her and her nation.  Althan leaves as Koken is pissed off being the scapegoat again as the chapter concludes with the point of view swithing back to Koga and Nyah vs The Earth Phantom.
