Welcome to the OVPBSCORD!

The Office of the Vice President for Branches and Satellite Campuses is glad to present to you our very own online repository of pertinent documents of the different branches and campuses which will be known as the OVPBSCORD.

First of all, the concept of the OVPBSCORD has been a long-time goal of our sector. It is through vigorous planning for easy access to technology which helped in the realization of this platform.

Second, the OVPBSCORD is a Google site that allows each branch or campus to upload and download pertinent documents which are needed for ISO preparation, Program Accreditation, and COPC Application. Moreover, it is a venue for safekeeping of other institutional data of the branches and campuses, especially those that are usually requested by different government agencies.

Lastly, like a cord which purpose is to bind objects together, the OVPBSCORD aims to hold together the 12 branches and 10 campuses into one, dynamic, strong team.

The realization of the Office of the Vice President for Branches and Satellite Campuses Online Repository of Documents (OVPBSCORD) will truly benefit the sector in terms of data collection, consolidation and safekeeping.

One of its objectives is to serve as the OVPBSC sector database of all pertinent data which are deemed necessary for different institutional purposes. For the first time, the OVPBSC Sector will have a specific platform for the storage of digitized documents where online uploading of the contents will be performed by the site manager and downloading will be accessible to everyone in the sector.

The OVPBSCORD also involves knowledge sharing or exchange where we could all learn together. In short, it will enable us to have a community of practice wherein we share a common interest and concern to achieve our goals. Lastly, it will allow each branch or campus a sharing of best practices.
