PUP Pulilan, Bulacan Campus

The roots of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Pulilan Campus may be traced to the ardent desire of the members of the Local Government of Pulilan, Bulacan to provide an opportunity to the underprivileged secondary school graduates of the municipality to pursue a college course. It became a panacea for the youth beset with feelings of purposelessness for lack of educational qualifications.

The Campus was first established as a Learning Center of the PUP Open University in 2000 before its recognition as an independent Campus in 2008. At present, the Campus is a known higher education institution in Bulacan that provides equitable access to free quality tertiary education to the residents of Pulilan and nearby areas for the improvement of quality of life, and produce globally competitive and patriotic citizens that will contribute to the development of the community and the nation in general. The Campus also aims to produce quality research studies and conduct sustainable extension programs for the improvement of the community.

With the unwavering support of the LGU of Pulilan, Bulacan and the University, the Campus envisions to become a top-performing university in the region offering quality and excellent curriculum relevant and responsive to students, faculty, and other stakeholders and addressing the needs of the community.
