In an effort to provide guidance and support in the implementation of TESD programs and services vis-a-vis the set targets for 2023, TESDA Surigao del Sur Cluster, headed by Dir. Romel M. Natad, conducted a Strategic Planning Workshop on March 7, 2023 at Sarah Guarte Function Hall, Tandag City.

The Cluster, composed of PO and PTC Surigao del Sur, thoroughly discussed the set targets, shared inputs and agreed strategies and action plans to maximize the efforts in accomplishing outstanding performance and to strengthen the TESD services in the province.

Key areas discussed during the planning workshop include the GAA commitments, the Provincial Physical Targets, Skills Priorities, Community-Based Programs, Enterprise-Based Programs, Human Resource Management, General Admin and Support Services and the like.

Also conducted is the Re-Orientation of the Roles and Functions as TESDA Representatives to address the need for more TESDA representatives and to maintain the integrity of the Assessment Process.

The activity is in line with the Caraga Cares platform of TESDA Caraga, headed by RD Tarhata S. Mapandi, CESO III.
