Ms. LILIAN C. GARCES is the second administrator of Provincial Training Center - Surigao del Sur installed on January 2021.
Center Administrator Message
2022 was indeed a remarkable year for the Provincial Training Center - Surigao del Sur (PTC-SDS). Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and Typhoon Odette, the team demonstrated resilience and dedication to delivering its mandate of providing services to the less privileged and ensuring the welfare of PTC-SDS, aligned with the Director General Secretary Isidro S. Lapeña's thrust "TESDA Abot Lahat" .
Annual Report Highlights: - Training Programs and Services: PTC-SDS provided quality skills training, responsive to stakeholders' needs for skill enhancement and sustainable employment. - Community Impact: The center improved the quality of life among its clientele through excellent opportunities and services.
The success of PTC-SDS would not have been possible without the strong support of partners and stakeholders. I extend my gratitude to the staff and trainers for their professionalism and dedication, acknowledging their efforts in achieving common goals.
