Post-continuous appointment review process
Article 18: Post-continuous appointment review procedures now mirror the post-tenure review procedures. Notably, a faculty member, committee chair, or department chair can submit a request for reconsideration if the Dean finds that the faculty member did not meet PCAR standards. NTTF faculty hired after October will receive their first annual review in the year following their hire date.

FMLA/OFLA language
Article 32: Time granted for family or medical leave (FMLA/OFLA) shall not be considered continual service to the University for promotion, milestone, or tenure timelines. A faculty member on annual tenure or in a continuous appointment-eligible position who wishes to extend the probationary period for promotion and tenure must obtain written certification of leave eligibility and the University will consider extending the probationary period for up to one year.
