Expanded Family Friendly Fund criteria

Article 33: Members will continue to have access to an online caregiver navigation site. There will be $175,000 allocated to the Family Friendly Fund each year. The criteria for the use of funds have been expanded to include offsetting ongoing caregiving expenses.
