Article 3: Small modifications were made to language on the union’s access to bulletin board space and the University’s provision of copies of the ratified contract.

Release Time
Article 11: This article expands and further defines release time for union officers. Additional service releases are now provided for members engaged in union duties other than for contract bargaining. The release-time equivalent to a course release is defined as 12 hours/week. The past practice of providing bargaining summer pay equal to 0.10 FTE salary has been codified into the contract.
