Leaves
Article 32: Language about members’ access to Oregon’s Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) was incorporated into this section of the contract. As negotiated in 2023, members using the PFML benefit can access an additional 20-days from the Donated Sick Leave Bank to cover any difference between their paid leave benefits and their current salary. This language is now included in the main body of the contract.

Member Notification
Article 34: What was Article 38 has been moved to Article 34 and the language has been slightly modified to allow information to be provided electronically rather than via hardcopy.

End Matter
Article 44, 45, 46: Like our most recent contracts, the new contract will be four years in duration but will include no economic reopener. The final articles contain these provisions as well as the start date for negotiating a successor agreement.
