- At school, specifically, teens may worry about homework, tests, extracurricular activities, and social groups.
- Teens may be stressed about bullies, having a good relationship with their teacher, or making friends.
- They also may have a fear of failure, more responsibilities, or worries about college and the future.
- At school, there isn’t a lot of time for teens to step away from the stressors and take a break, which can sometimes make it worse than if it was caused in a calmer environment.
