Severity Strikes

Severity Strike (Level 1)

• The promotion of the LEO who is given this strike will go on hold.

Severity Strike (Level 2)

• The LEO given this strike will be demoted by one rank.

Severity Strike (Level 3)

• The LEO given this strike will be temporarily suspended from the LSPD for 3-7 days. Effective immediately(when the strike is issued).

Severity Strike (Level 4)

• The LEO given this strike will be dismissed from the LSPD. Effective immediately(when the strike is issued).

Section 1

Subsection 1.1

• A LEO shall not treat the general public or suspects in a harsh way. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 1).

Subsection 1.2

• A LEO shall not break the law in any way shape or form. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 3).

Subsection 1.3

• A LEO must follow orders given by someone with a higher rank. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 3).

Subsection 1.4

• High standards of RP are required, You cannot go OOC (out of character) in the voice chat in game at any cost. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 4).

Subsection 1.5

• A LEO should highly value and care for a hostages life. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 3).

Subsection 1.6

• A LEO should not take part in corruption in any way, shape or form. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 4).

Subsection 1.7

• A LEO should always identify himself/herself by showing their badge during traffic stops or normal stops. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 1).

Subsection 1.8

• A LEO shall never plant fake evidence and blame it on a person. Anyone found failing to follow this rule will be striked (severity 4).

Section 2

Subsection 2.1

• A LEO shall report his presence when they join a channel . Anyone found failing to follow this rule will be striked (severity 1).

Subsection 2.2

• A LEO shall not break PTS protocol during situations. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 2).

Subsection 2.3

• A LEO shall not spam push to talk [PTT] on radio. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 3).

Subsection 2.4

• A LEO shall use radio codes while using police frequencies, Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 1).

Section 3

Subsection 3.1

• A LEO shall wait 15 seconds before pitting a vehicle. Anyone found failing to follow this rule will be striked (severity 1).

Subsection 3.2

• A LEO shall use emergency lights & sirens responsibly, meaning only when responding to calls or doing traffic stops. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 2).

Subsection 3.3

• A LEO shall not T-bone into a vehicle, they should pit the vehicle properly. Anyone found breaking this rule will be striked (severity 1).

Section 4

Subsection 4.1

• A LEO shall follow any orders given by his senior without questioning(until or unless it's clashing with a server rule) . Anyone found failing to follow this rule will be striked (severity 2).

• Furthermore, the high command holds power to remove anyone from the department if a person is deemed unfit to be in the LSPD by them.
