Always try to solve robbery situations through RP. If the robbers show no intention of RP and directly call it a code red. The NT is required to inform all units about the code red in a calm and concise way
Only 2 boxes are authorized per person. You can't spawn boxes to block off escape routes of the robbers as it conflicts with certain RP situations
You can only accept 2 or 3 demands of the robbers at any robbery and also bluff them after accepting their demands
You're authorized to use a Pistol and a Shotgun at bank robberies only if authorized by a higher ranked officer
You are allowed to use both Shotguns and Pistol for Humane Labs
Only 4 spikes are allowed for an entire situation and they can only be used during a chase
You cannot put down spikes while negotiations are happening
Spikes are meant to be as a LAST RESORT ONLY
When you initiate a chase and you know that the robbers possess black money and have robbed a store/bank etc in front of you. You can pit them but make sure that when you pit their vehicle, your car doesn't take as much damage as theirs
You can only pit the robbers vehicle directly. You have to wait at least 2-3 mins before then you are allowed to pit.
In most cases the robbers will crash their cars since they don't know how to drive properly. Just wait for the moment and you will find that they have already done your job and you don't even need to pit their vehicle
If anyone is found ramming intentionally or recklessly then there will be serious consequences
When you've disabled their car by pitting it or if their vehicle has stopped, make sure that it's not a bluff. Robbers sometimes stop their cars to make the police get out of their vehicles so that they loose them. You can avoid this by parking your vehicle vertically in front of theirs
You cannot shoot or taze a vehicles tyres during a chase
Pitting a car is very easy and can be done by SLIGHTLY hitting your car into the back left/right side of the other car like in the picture below
You need to know when to call it a code red and be sure about it. You also need to make sure the opposite party(robbers) know that it's a code red and vice versa. Make sure to be clear and concise when calling a code red. On Discord, say "10-9"
If anyone attempts to take a Police officer as hostage anywhere in the vicinity of the PD or any public area with CCTV cameras (which include Garages, banks, legion square etc), LSPD is allowed to shoot without any order from the senior management. This is to ensure safety and dignity of police officers. (In such scenarios, the outnumbering criteria depends on the firepower that is being carried)
If during a chase any police car is rammed/damaged and is brought to a stationary state and the other party attempts to take hostage with an equal number of force or a ratio of 1 police : 2 rebels, the officers in the unit are authorised to shoot for their safety. Don't forget to clearly tell them your intentions so that they know you are about to shoot first
Whenever a bank robbery is triggered. A red circle is triggered, and a server wide message is sent to all players about it. This has been implemented just to warn any person (Player) around that area, so they could stay away from that area and not get involved against armed robbers or police. This does not mean that any robber that triggers the bank has to actively involve himself in a Code Red situation with police , they can easily opt for a hostage situation and negotiate with the Police and avoid unnecessary combat situation with the Police and provide a healthy role-play environment. I hope you understand that the Red Circle at the Bank does not mean it's clearly a Code Red Area, but just something to warn people to stay away from it
