A Record / CNAME / MX - Types of DNS records (used for directing web/email services)

Alias - Alternate name/address

Alias email - Additional email addresses sending from same inbox

API - Way for systems to connect or talk to each other

Archive - Store or hide (but not delete)

Auto-renew - Service renews and bills automatically

Back up my files - Save a copy / Make a backup

Back-end issue - System/server-side problem

Bandwidth - Amount of traffic/data transfer allowed

Bandwidth limit - Usage cap / Maximum data transfer

Bill me - Charge me

bizMail - Legacy email product (now replaced by Titan)

Bounce Rate - % of visitors who leave quickly

Bounced Email - Message not delivered to recipient

Business Email - Email using your domain (e.g., you@mysite.com)

Cache /kaSH/ issue - Old saved version showing

Call-to-action (CTA) - Buttons or links encouraging action (e.g., Buy Now)

Catch-all email - Inbox that receives emails sent to any address on the domain

Clear cache /kaSH/ - Refresh / Remove old version

Control panel (cPanel/Plesk) - Interface to manage website/email/hosting

Conversion - Turn visitors into customers

cPanel / Plesk - Dashboard to manage website and hosting

Credit me / Apply credit - Give me a refund / discount

Data breach - Unauthorized data access

Deactivate / Suspend - Temporarily shut down a service

Digital footprint - Online presence of a business

DNS - System that connects domain to websites/services

DNS settings / DNS records - Technical settings for domain (A, CNAME, MX, etc.)

Domain - The website name (e.g., mysite.com)

Domain lapsed - Domain is no longer active / expired

Domain Lock - Prevents unauthorized domain transfers

Domain propagation - DNS update delay

Downgrade / Upgrade - Move to a lower or higher plan

Downgrade my plan - Lower my plan / Choose a cheaper plan

Downtime - Time website is offline or not working

Email Alias - Alternate email address pointing to same inbox

Email bouncing - Emails are not being delivered

Email Forwarding - Automatically send emails to another address

Email Migration - Moving email data from one service to another

Firewall blocked it - Network security blocked the access

VPS (Virtual Private Server) - Private space on a server with more control and power

Website Backup - Copy of website files (for safety or restoration)

Website builder - Tool to create a website (e.g., WebsiteBuilder)

Website’s not rendering right - Display or layout issue

Whitelisting / Blacklisting - Allowing/blocking email addresses or domains

Who’s hosting my site? - Which company runs my website?

WHOIS Privacy - Keeps owner details hidden in public records
