The South West Province Day March 2nd 2019

The South West Province Day was attended by 87 Sisters, Friends of Nano and some teachers on Saturday March 2nd 2019 in the Aghadoe Heights Hotel, Killarney, Co Kerry. Below you can see the outline of the day. When you scroll down through this page you will see the following:

  2. The there was an account of all that is SDG up to this day.
  3. Janet Twomey of Tróocaire Spoke about this years Lenten Theme
  4. Then there was an input on Lobbying and Advocacy
  5. Finally there has been a resurgence in interest in the Lixnaw Bog and included is the piece that has been written to be submitted to the Eco-Congregation Ireland

After the Presentation of the Hanging Quilt there was a presentation on all that this SDG in Ireland up to the present date and this presentation can be downloaded here

Janet Twomey of Trocaire then presented on the Trocaire Theme for Lent and showed us the primary school video and the Guatemala Video followed by here Powerpoint Presentation.
