March 2020

  4. This is the 2019/20 edition of JRF’s annual report on the nature and scale of poverty across the UK and how it affects people who are caught in its grip. More here

  11. A Newsletter from the International Rescue Committee can be read here. Each January the International Rescue Committee releases a Watchlist of humanitarian crises that threaten to worsen in the year to come. Here are our top ten countries to be watching—some of them may surprise you.
  12. A really informative Newsletter here from Spark: Church Action on Poverty (UK) This contains a yearly review , scripture, editorials, voices from the margins and indeed suggestions for the lay person as they learn and work. (Professional and a great read).
