Strong Minds is an interactive learning activity focused on developing adaptive coping skills. Strong Minds activities can support athletes to identify stress management and coping strategies that they like and think they will use. Strong Minds also enables educators to start conversations about stress, coping and emotional wellness. Try out these activities with your students:
