The following general elective courses are *usually* offered in English (in addition to Korean) for 2 credits per course. Class availability is determined by individual departments, staffing, etc. and is beyond the scope of our office.
Course sections taught in English
IELTS - overall band score of at least 6.0
TOEFL/TOEFL ITP - 550 or higher
computer-based 213 or higher
internet-based 80 or higher
TOEIC - 750 or higher
letter from a university professor familiar both with the expected standards of an English-medium university program and with the student's ability to perform in an English-medium academic atmosphere.
Course sections taught in Korean
Korean Language Proficiency Required from the following options:
TOPIK 3
KLAT 150+ (B2)
15 hours [4-5 classes] of university-level Korean language courses (e.g., Korean 101, 102, 201, 202, 301)
HUFS Intensive Korean Program Level 4 Certificate
