HUFS directly manages Globee Dorm and the International Houses, while a management agency takes care of Global Hall. Payment for HUFS-managed dormitories is done the first week of the semester by wire transfer to HUFS, whereas Global Hall requires payment by wire transfer about 4-6 weeks prior to the start of the semester. All fees shown here include security deposit amounts.
