Quality standards: COA, certificate of analysis as per IS 14543:2024 (Bureau of Indian Standards) as per drinking water batch reports with Microbiological, Organoleptic physical, Chemical, IS 10500 referee method as per beverage standards yearly report with pesticide residual and Nutritional values from NABL approved test laboratories.
Free sale certificate / conformity certification:
i.e.EU countries have variable applicable importation laws, USFDA in North American region, Halal in MENA region, AVA in Singapore, NFDAC in African continent.
Free sale certificate or Food safety authority / Health ministry or department approval by Buyer based on total dependency of product sale by importer/buyer
Price/bottle in USD: Price quote, F.O.B, Chennai port (Free on board, Origin) DAT - delivery at terminal
Incoterms: F.O.B, Chennai port (Shipping point /origin), DAT (delivery at terminal)
with 7 (seven) days terminal handling charges only applicable to seller, from 8th (eight) day costs are borne by buyer only
Transfer of ownership: Exact situation the title or ownership of the goods passing from the seller to the buyer is DAT
The buyer pays for shipping and freight costs, assuming all liability for the goods from the shipping point, DAT. Shipping options: Buyers books the container and choose the shipment method to have control over entire cargo
Insurance: The seller bears the risk until the goods are at the shipping point, DAT after which the buyer is responsible.
FOB Clauses insurance is extended to cover the interest insured until the goods are placed on board the ocean-going vessel or until expiry of two weeks after arrival of goods at the place of storage at the port and / or docks awaiting shipment, whichever shall first occur". Terminal handling Charges:
Export Laden Container Storage Charge up to 7 days only is accepted to be paid by the seller, day above 7 is to be paid by the buyer only
Other charges as Grounding, Seal Inspection, movement of laden container to Port, On wheel Seal Inspection, Laden Container transport from Port Terminal to CFS, Inspection Cargo Handling for Customs Examination: Weighment Charges, Truck weighment charges, seal charges, EDI/print charges & other service charges as laden lift off / on at CFS. Inter-carting empty & laden within CFS or adjacent to CFS (with 5kms) charges, transport of laden container from CFS to port, reserve area charges as covered cargo space or open cargo space & other miscellaneous charges up to 7 days is paid by the seller and day above 7 is to be paid by the buyer for delay in shipping
Accounting:
With a FOB shipping point sale, the buyer assumes all responsibility and legal liability for the goods purchased. The buyer is responsible for recording the sale at the point of transport within their accounts payable, meaning that an increase in their inventory has taken place. Conversely, the seller records the point of sale at the time of shipment and records the sale within their accounts receivable. as an added payment, whether the payment has been made or is waiting to be made.
Payment: 100% Advance payment Bank transfer, T/T or LC 80% advance, balance 20% on FOB shipping point, DAT terms, 100% payments before shipment is mandatory
Pre-shipment Inspection: cost borne by seller only

Where appropriate, to issue certificates for import and billing purposes. Notably, some countries require a pre-shipment inspection certificate to allow goods through customs. In some cases, producers request a pre-shipment inspection themselves to give quality assurance.

Delivery Schedule:
Delivery schedule is subject to market entry approvals by Free sale certification or Free Trade certificate / conformity assessment certification procedure & Label approval from food authority if required then a 2-to-3-month period moratorium is mandatory. And you are required to coordinate the process and this process can start only after the awarding of the confirmed supply or purchase contract along with advance completion. For free sale certificate both countries test reports are mandatory
Physical, chemical, microbiological, PET container test report of 45 to 50 testing time only in days any country, simultaneously to be done in country of Origin & Buyer
For label approvals, in varied geographical locations, at times local language is mandatory with addition of certain terms of 15 to 20 days in general
Buyer organization’s authorized person / representation is mandatory. Initial shipment would take its time based on the approvals from importing & importers origin. Temporary delay clauses should be mandatorily applicable due to natural, political turmoil, etc
Production facility Capacity:
We do not want to handle shipping since we want to concentrate only on quality & quantity. Licensed capacity for mineral water was 20,000litres/day before pandemic, current production capacity for Nutrient enriched alkaline ionized water and Black fulvic alkaline ionized water is 2,000litres/shift.
For 25 working days/shift: 50,000litres/month and if required an additional 2nd shift can be accommodated for total bottles production: 1,00,000 litres/month
