Our ask is that you find a time, preferably in person, to go through our ‘Before We Go’ to the Berkshires agenda (it will prompt you to make a copy); we’ve created it to be around 45 minutes. Please feel free to edit/revise as it makes sense for your team.  (Note: It may be helpful to print out copies of your community’s portrait and the Indicators of School Quality 1-pager to support this conversation.)

Our hope for this time is to give you all a few minutes to understand why you’re headed to the Berkshires for Portrait of a Graduate, what you’ll be up to while you’re there, and any further questions anyone has about the upcoming trip. 

As indicated previously, we ask that your team send representatives to each site such that each grantee team together visits all 5 schools wherever possible.
