I manage a Digital Optimization program for Michael Kors, working with stakeholders across the organization to help delight their customers, increase revenue and test in to key features such as the loyalty program.
We've tested on nearly every part of the site from the navigation and search to product pages and checkout. We also help with marketing and analytics by performing audits of various paths and pages. Finally, we help with user research and advise on industry best practices.
Our status calls are a highlight of the week for both sides. I try to add special touches when possible. For example, below are some photos from a meal at Sen Sakana where I coordinated a special menu of the chef's favorites. Not only does this make the teams feel good, it also has a nice side effect of keeping the cost of the meal lower and we spent less time deciding among the full menu.
