How, you might ask?
I've learned to do things at the right time from the hard knocks of using Agile principles to build products and manage projects along with direct and frequent customer and end user feedback balanced with company growth goals. I really do get excited about using Lean development or the Scrum framework and the practices and capabilities behind them!
But you don't have to take my word for it. Here's what my mentor John has to say:

To help decide the right actions to take or where to focus, I use many approaches, such as listening closely with empathy to customers and co-workers, but perhaps the most grounding and overarching guide for prioritization is as follows:
1. What are the key user or business goals?
2. What are the key problems validated by data that are standing in the way of accomplishing these goals?
3. How to address the problems and test the solutions?
Also, I'm very much in to spirituality, so I try to follow the Buddhist definition of right action too.
“Jake is a meticulous PM, a quality that goes a long way.”
“Jake's got a great work ethic and loves to hustle. He's attentive and listens well.”
“Eager, driver. Not afraid to move fast and let the paperwork catch up afterwards. Not afraid to ask questions to confirm understanding.”
“Jake is a delight to have on the team. He's one of the most creative thinkers we have and likes to think outside the box. Full of great energy and positivity he's thoughtful of others and is a great guy!”
"Jake's communication is one of the best in the company. Especially among the PM team. He's always on the ball with keeping me up to date and understands that there are sometimes complications that can't be avoided, allowing us to work through those complications in a stress free manner as they come up.”
“Attitude - he has one of the best in the office, True Go-getter and idea man!”
“Jake's incredibly proactive and attentive to what our teams need to do great work.”
And here's a peer review using a scale of 1-5. Look at all those 5s! The peer averages are from 6 co-worker reviews.
