Congressional is a prestigious club just North of D.C. and a regular stop on the PGA tour. They have a large membership and a storied history. Over time the board and member groups have adjusted rules of play to maximize course availability for the many types of players.
Congressional came to us as a client because the competition simply couldn't support their advanced rules and conditions. It was my job to ensure the Clubessential reservation system would work. Over the course of about 3 months I managed both the install along with the product roadmap to build many new use cases required for the complex operations.
