Website games were more popular in the times before the smartphone. Even I was playing games on websites back in the days. www.spele.nl, www.spelletjes.nl, you name it. There are still people who play games on websites. I liked the idea of being the host of a website like that. I started researching on how to develop games like that with the help of Unity3D. I came across Webgl build.
I wanted to create a dragon as my main character. I wanted the mood of the game to be happy, joyful and colorful. My main idea was to make a third person game where you need to get to the end of the level to get to the next one. Every level you need to save an amount of brother and sister dragons.
Story
The aim of the game will be to save the dragon's siblings from being taken by the villain during the storm. The dragon's parents said that the remaining dragon should stay behind to hide in the cave where they also lived. The parents went out together to save them. The remaining dragon, of course, did not want to wait and decided to set out to save his family.
In the game you will have to pass different levels and eventually end up with the final boss who has locked his family up. During this journey the dragon grows and learns new abilities over time. He needs these new abilities to defeat his enemies and save his family. During his journey, he also finds siblings on their way to the villain's castle. He freed them and they flee back to their house where father and mother told the remaining dragon to stay. The remaining dragon will continue its journey.
