It's a game where you embody Anne, a space mercenary which lives off from scavenging ressources of abandonned places. You'll have to syphon a special gas, the P-Cen, and defend your extraction point, fighting against the aliens which want to kill you. You're well equiped and can play with turrets you can place, spark mine to stun and damages your ennemies, as well as cybernetics walls to slow down their progression.
As a solo game, your goal is to stay alive until the end of the timer, and get as much ressources as possible ! You've got three guns, three placables devices, and a map to explore (guided by your minimap).
Little breakdown below
It was an intense project, since I worked at G4F while doing it on my free time. I had barely 2 months to produce all the sound, do the integration, and at the end, I was quite in a rush to close it, but it was a good opportunity to assess what I've learned in CNAM-ENJMIN during the projects. I was very autonomous using the middleware (Wwise), and the game engine (Unity), and did a lot of scripting (Csharp).
I wanted to give it a space-jazz vibe, juicy, and at the same time, with feedbacks that gives you insights on what's going into the game, while staying stressful.
My first post-school project
