Awards
Richard Robert Ernst Polymer Science Award for Young or Innovative Scientist. This prize carrying the name of the Nobel Laureate Prof. Richard Ernst will be bestowed to an innovative early carrier young scientist or innovator with a significant contribution towards solving a pertinent societal problem.
Jean-Marie Lehn Award for Senior Polymer Scientist. This award carrying the name of Nobel Laureate Prof. Jean Marie Lehn will be bestowed to a senior scientist to recognize his/her significant contribution in the field of materials science and engineering.
Pierre-Gilles de Gennes Award for Polymer Science and Technology. This award carrying the name of Nobel Laureate Prof. Pierre Gilles de Gennes will be bestowed to a senior scientist to recognize his/her significant contribution in the field of Macromolecular Science and polymer characterization.

The prize committee is headed by Dr. Sven Henning (POLY-CHAR Vice president for awards), Fraunhofer Institute for Microstructure of Materials and Systems IMWS, Germany.
