Instructions for poster presentations

1. The poster session will take place at the Raised Plaza, University of Mauritius.

2. Poster size: A1 (594 mm × 841 mm). Your poster number will be communicated by email closer to the conference date. The poster number will correspond to your designated panel at the Raised Plaza.

3. Place your poster on Tuesday 2nd September 2025, between 08:30 and 10:00. 

4. You are expected to attend the tea breaks and be present at your poster during the poster session from 15:00 to 15:40 to present and discuss your work.

5. Posters must be removed by 14:00 latest on Friday 5th September 2025.
