Abstract Submission Guidelines

We are excited to welcome your contributions to POLY-CHAR 2025!

To ensure a smooth and consistent submission process, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Download the Template: All abstracts must be prepared using the official POLY-CHAR 2025 abstract template. Download the template here.

2. Prepare Your Abstract: Use the template to format your abstract.

3. Save Your File: Save your completed abstract as a PDF file. Name your file using the following format: Presenter’s last name_first name_Type of contribution.pdf.

4. Upload Your Abstract:

1. • Go to the abstract submission form below.

   • Fill in the required fields, including your name, email, and abstract title.

   • Upload your PDF file by clicking the "Upload" button and selecting your file.

   • Confirm your submission by clicking "Submit".

5. Confirmation: After submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please reach out to us at polychar-2025@uom.ac.mu.
