Here’s what you need to know:
Firstly, please note the timings for each day
Conference opening is at 4pm on Day 1
Day 2 & 3 are full day sessions, 9am to 6pm
The last day of conference is open to everyone as it will be our usual 9am & 11.15am services. A separate registration will be provided closer to the date
In terms of conference fees:
Individual passes both onsite and online will be $20 per person
However to help with accountability we really encourage you to participate onsite as a group. After all, remember that a threefold cord is not easily broken!
If you sign up in a group of five to attend onsite, a $50 food voucher will be provided for group bonding
And if 4 of you bring a newcomer to make a group of five, you’ll get a further $20 off!

MISSIONS
South East Asia
1. BL
Pray for salvation for Lilian’s mother and nephew as the family have conversations about life, death and eternal life in Christ arising from Lilian’s father’s demise.
Pray for the believers that they are discipling to grow in spiritual maturity and also be equipped for the end-time harvest.
Pray for God’s protection and guidance in their travels and ministry and also for Lilian’s mother who has joined them in the current trip to the field.
2. Boonchiaw
Pray for God’s strength and anointing on Boonchiaw to effectively proclaim God’s Word online via Facebook, to members in Thailand every Sunday afternoon.
Pray for Boonchiaw and his family as they plan to visit and minister in Thailand when the borders are open for them to do so.
3. KG & C
Praise God that KG & C were able to return to the field to do a formal closure of their ministry in Thailand and also to connect with the ministry partners and contacts.
Pray for their physical health and well-being especially in their travels and that they will be protected against the Covid-19 virus during their visit.
Parachurch Workers
1. Fellowship of Evangelical Students, Singapore: Siah May Lan
Pray for God's continued healing on May Lan’s mother’s stomach cancer and ongoing chemo treatment. Pray that the cancer index will remain constant and the tumours will not grow in size. Pray for an opportunity to go for a short holiday when May Lan’s mother is well enough to do so.
Pray for God's sustaining grace, financial providence and protection for her family. And for peace and resolution as they are currently grappling with a family relationship issue.
Pray for God's wisdom to build and sustain the small group of art students and to raise new leaders in NAFA/Lasalle CF group, for ministry opportunities in ITE campus, and the review of the missions programme and new direction ahead.
2. YWAM Singapore: Benedict Tan
Pray for Benedict strength, daily, as he serves at Tamar Village’s food business in Geylang. Pray for wisdom as he navigates between work and school.
Pray for Benedict and his girlfriend as they prepare for marriage and are looking into housing arrangements.
3. Navigators Singapore: Roger Yeo
Pray that as Roger and Pearlyn discuss and adjust to the changes in ministry structures and processes, God would continue to direct their efforts in discipling the techies.
Pray that the Lord would increase Roger and Pearlyn's capacity even as they juggle children's demands and are given more responsibilities in ministry.
4. Wycliffe Singapore: Grace Tan
Pray for Grace who is working on her MA Thesis for her African Studies, that she will be able to gain rich and deep insights in her research so that the completed thesis can be a valuable and useful resource for translation work later.
5. YWAM Singapore: David and Tessa
David continues to work at the community garden of YWAM’s mercy ministry.
Pray for:
Uncle T to open his heart to Jesus
Uncle R to keep growing in the Lord and work skills.
The staff to really know and remain in God’s love.
Pray for the aunties and uncles in the cousin ministries in this period; that Tessa would have times of connecting deeply and sharing about Jesus’ forgiveness.
6. YWAM Singapore: Beatrice Wee
Pray for Beatrice that she will be refreshed and rejuvenated during this season of her sabbatical and also in her discernment on the Lord’s leading in her ministry.
Pray for breakthrough and also for Beatrice to experience God’s grace, mercy and strength to carry her through the challenges that she is currently facing.

1. East Asia : TK
Pray for TK and the team that they will be effective in engaging and befriending seekers at the three colleges and also for wisdom to share the gospel and disciple them.
Pray for students who are attending the online “Global Korean Class” that they will be open and responsive to the gospel.
Pray for God’s provision to meet the financial needs of TK’s family.
2. South Asia : GEMS
Pray for the GEMS staff and pastors to continue to stand firm in faith and serve the Lord in the midst of persecution and the current pandemic situation.
Pray for India as the country is badly affected by the pandemic - for many people are without jobs and the poor are suffering without basic necessities.
Pray for the Bible School students as they continue to learn and be agents of transformation wherever the Lord leads them.
3. East Asia: Songs
Pray for Lord to send right-minded workers to join and serve with the Songs in reaching out to the unreached people group.
Pray for the security and safety for the TAN-NW families in East Asia who face severe challenges in their ministry.

1. Head of Finance & HR
Job Overview
You will lead and be responsible for all the church's human resource and financial accounting processes and practices. You will ensure that all HR and financial procedures are fully aligned and comply with the government and the organisation financial regulations and policy. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of the accounting and finance functions of the church. In addition, you will prepare the statutory reports and provide accurate and timely financial reports and statements for the management's review. The Finance Department will also be responsible for the governance and risk management of the church.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all financial processes within the church, including budgeting, year-end functions, and financial reports and statements for review by the management
Ensure thorough and timely administration, sound financial stewardship and clear communication in matters related to all financial aspect
Ensure payroll reports and tax filings are prepared and filed on a timely basis
Ensure funds and deposits in the church are adequately tracked and accounted for
Ensure adherence to church governance requirements, and timely and accurate statutory reporting to charities portal
Reviews the annual insurance policies of the church
Reviews monthly and year-end financial statements and verifies banking accuracy
Manages and executes the Finance Committee (FC) financial decisions as directed by the Church Treasurer and the Finance Chairperson
Work with the Church Treasurer, the Finance Chairperson and all budget holders to ensure overall budget parameters are met
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, job offer, on-boarding, and orientation, advise on necessary HR procedures and policies, perform monthly payroll, CPF submission and annual income tax and all staff benefit claims
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Pastor-In-Charge
Requirements
Degree in Finance / Accounting / Human Resource Management equivalent qualification
At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience with financial operations, familiar with ACCPAC
Good knowledge of local employment laws, HR functions and best practices
Ability to think strategically and analytically to understand and align the objectives and dynamics of the organisation
Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with various Ministry Leadership Team, and Committees
Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
Resourceful and independent worker; ability to multi-task
2. Finance Assistant
Job Overview
To provide support to the Head of Finance and HR in administration and finance matters to ensure effective management of the financial resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the finance team with the receipts and payments processes, expenses claims and data entries
Maintain a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information
Coordinate daily financial tasks with the financial management team
Compile financial data to prepare for monthly management reports
Support assets management and physical assets verification
Provide general administrative support
Undertake projects and any other tasks assigned by the Pastor-In-Charge
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in accounting and finance
Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
At least 2 – 3 years relevant experience, familiar with ACCPAC
Resourceful and independent worker; ability to multi-task
Motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

STREAMLINING OF RESTRICTIONS FOR ONSITE SERVICES
With effect from Sat 19 Mar 2022, worshippers to our Onsite Services need not make reservations. Capacity limits have been increased and zoning lifted, so we encourage you to join us. However, as there are still capacity limits, entry will be on a first-come-first-served basis and there will be no entry once the worship venues are full, so worshippers are advised to come early.
Reservations for Silver Boxes still applies, and our online services will continue.
Safe Entry and mask wearing still continue. All worshippers must be fully vaccinated or show proof of exemption.
Worshippers to the 9am English Service are strongly urged to leave the church premises and car park as soon as they are dismissed to make way for worshippers attending the 11.15am English and Mandarin Services.
