• Conference Merchandise (including limited edition Conference T-shirt)

• Fabulous Five - Registration in a group of five persons at a cost of SGD 100 entitles the group to receive a $50 Grab Food voucher that gives you reason to bond over food.

• Fabulous Five (Bring-A-Friend) - Registration in a group of five persons with at least one friend (someone who is not a member of a PLMC cell group) entitles the group to receive a $50 Grab Food voucher and pay a special group price of SGD 80.

As we ramp up for the church conference, let's take some time out to bond with our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. The conference planning committee has curated a small collection of some of our church members' favourite activities!

Do check them out and try to complete as many as you like! You are strongly encouraged to do them in the group of 5 you signed up for conference with.

From 15 May to 19 June, a photo challenge will be launched. We would love to see some of the photos you have taken as you attempt the various activities. There are exciting prizes to be won!

Q1: How will the organizer validate if I qualify for Bring-A-Friend promotion?

A1: This is based on integrity. As a family of Christ, the organizer trusts that the information you have provided to the church is accurate, that at least one of the 5 group members is not a member of a PLMC cell group.

Q2: Is Bring-A-Friend promotion applicable for non-group registration?

A2: Bring-A-Friend promotion is only applicable for group of 5 on-site registration.

Q3: If I have gotten an on-site ticket, but due to personal reasons, can I participate from home?

A3: Please get in touch with the organizer and provide the reason(s) for consideration. In view of limited capacity, we strongly encourage all on-site participants to attend on-site. Do note that online tickets are only applicable to the English track.

Q4: If I have gotten the online ticket, can I change to an on-site ticket?

A4: Yes, if there are still vacancies on-site. Please get in touch with the organizer via gens.unbroken@plmc.org

Q5: If I am coming on-site, and only manage to have 4 in the group, can I still get a pro-rated food voucher?

A5: The $50 food voucher is to promote interaction amongst on-site group of 5 conference participants only.

Q6: Can my family still enjoy the $50 food voucher when I purchase 2 Children Track tickets and 1 English Track ticket and 2 Chinese Track tickets?

A6: The $50 food voucher is to promote interaction amongst on-site conference participants within the same track.

Q7: If my group (of 5) is only participating from home, can we still have the $50 food voucher?

A7: The $50 food voucher is to promote interaction amongst on-site conference participants.

Q8: Will the organizer help participants to form groups of 5?

A8: As the group will be encouraged to take part in decentralised bonding activity and group bonding during the Conference, it is best for the participants to form their own group.

Q9: Is there a refund policy?

A9: While there is no refund, you may view the conference recording via a link that we will provide after the conference.

Q10: Can I bring my child to the English/Chinese Conference?

A10: Yes, you can. Please note that conference ticket is chargeable for participants above 4 yrs old. For a child below 4 yrs old, it is free of charge. Please write to gens.unbroken@plmc.org to register your child separately, so that we can waive the ticket charges.

Q11: I have gotten an individual pass. Can I change it to a Group of 5 ticket since my friend is inviting me to form a group with them?

A11: unfortunately, the ticketing system we are using doesn’t allow us to make that switch.

A1: 全凭信任。同为上帝的子女，我们相信您会提供真实的资料, 就是五人组包括一位不属于本教会任何小组成员的朋友。

Q2: 若不组成五人组团，也能享有邀请朋友优惠吗？

A2: 邀请朋友的优惠，只限于实地参加者组成五人团才能享用。

Q3: 如果我订购了实地参加的票，但在大会当天因为某种原因不前来现场参加，我能要求在线上参加吗？

A3: 注：线上直播只限于英文部。 请联络主办单位说明原因，我们将会依据您的情况做决定。介于场地的人数限制，我们强烈推荐订购了实地参加票的参加者，前来实地参加。

Q4: 如果我订购了线上参加的票，但决定改变成实地参加，可以吗？

A4: 注：线上直播只限于英文部。如果实地参加的票还有剩余，我们欢迎您参加。请通过gens.unbroken@plmc.org电邮，和主办单位联络。

Q5: 如果我只能组成四人队前来实地参加，能按比例领取食券吗？

A5: 食券只限于五人队以鼓励组员的互动。

Q6: 如果我为自己和家人订购两张中文大会的票，以及三张孩童票，能够获食券吗？

A6: 食券是为了促进同属活石的成人弟兄姐妹们之间的交流，所以上述的情况不能领取食券。

Q7: 如果我们组成五人队，但想通过线上参加，能领取食券吗 ?

A7: 食券只赠于实地参加的五星团队。

Q8: 主办单位能够帮我们组成五人团队吗？

A8: 我们希望鼓励团队参加大会期间举行的各种团队活动，所以最好自行组织团队。

Q9: 可以退钱吗？

A9: 虽然没退票，我们将在大会结束后提供会议的录影，供您观看。

Q10：我可以带孩子参加中/英文讲座吗？

A10：可以。举凡4岁以上的参加者需付费。4岁以下的孩童则免费。请致函至gens.unbroken@plmc.org分别为您的孩子报名，好让我们不收您孩子的入场费。

Q11: 我已经购买了个人票。现在朋友们邀请我加入他们，形成5人团队。我能够更改我的票吗？
A11: 对不起。限于发票的电脑设置，我们无法更改已经售出的门票的种类。

Q12：听说英文会议有售卖线上参加的票。那中文会议以及儿童会议也能选择线上参加吗？

A12：不能。中文会议以及儿童会议只限于实地参加。
