A Holiday Wish

After Sanguine Harrington was pointed out as the culprit, King Arthur wasted no time sending out his troops to find and capture them. It was no easy feat infiltrating their manor, but with enough manpower, our Heroes were able to successfully capture Sanguine and lock them away in a special magical chamber where they won't be able to affect dreams anymore. Now we can focus on the real problem at hand and get back to the Darkness... or so we thought.

"If you follow these directions, you'll come across a beautiful hidden winter town. Of course, they're preparing for this year's festival, but what's important is that their leader isn't just a gift deliverer, but he is also a very important Wizard known in legends for being able to bring out people's hidden potential! If you can pass his tests, he will give you the extra strength needed to fight against the Darkness! Doesn't that just sound WONDERFUL?? Hoo hO!"

Event #6: A Holiday Wish

Welp... Sanguine is probably pretty pissed off that the Heroes stormed their manor, disabled all their traps, and effectively kidnapped them, but that will be King Arthur's problem for now. It seems that the King has gotten in contact with that mysterious being yet again and trusts him enough to take directions from the mysterious person to head up to a hidden Village in Unova to meet this magical wizard himself!

In turns out that the town is indeed real- the mysterious being wasn't lying in that regard. Guess it's time to go and visit the Wizard's Workshop and see what it takes to get that Power boost! We'll have to figure out who that mysterious figure that the King keeps talking to later...

Prompt 1: Riding the Polar Express.

Before arriving at the secret village, we must first get there! ...But how? Do we have to travel up a dangerous mountain, fight dangerous bandits and the like along the way? Nope! A huge steampunk train arrives, seemingly out of nowhere and not even with a railroad! Guess it's time to board it and enjoy a comfy ride up to the North Pole! Showcase your character's initial reaction to seeing the enormous train or show them enjoying the train ride there!

You know how it goes, if the Fantasy Side is doing it, the University Students gotta follow! Since the village is located in Unova, it makes sense for the students to go there as well! Namely, the students of Fantasy University will be heading to Castelia City. With its towering skyscrapers, massive diversity, and the biggest Christmas tree of the year, it's the perfect place to go and have some fun! But first, we've got to ride the train there! It's not as magical as the Polar Express, but there is probably still some fun to be had talking with your friends on your way there!

Prompt 2: Visiting the Secret Snow Village

We've arrived!

Upon arriving at the mystical hidden wintry town, it seems to be as magical as King Arthur said it was, and it's filled to the brim with Impidimp and Delibird workers! They all seem to be very hard at work at getting together this year's festival. Enjoy the beautiful town and do what you please! Go ice skating, have a snowball fight, shop around for nice gifts... you can do anything your heart desires!

Back at Unova, explore the famous Castelia City, with Holiday decorations everywhere! As Castelia City is well-known as Unova's cultural melting pot, you can find plenty of decorations involving Hanukkah, Yule, Kwanzaa, Diwali, Día de los Muertos, Boxing Day, Ōmisoka, and more!

This prompt can be done multiple times as long as you don't do the exact same thing! (One Per Universe) Some prompt examples

Anything else you come up with that involves going around town!

Prompt 3: Getting the Wizard's Approval

You approach Santa, asking about that Power Boost he is able to supply. The bearded man rubs his chin. These Heroes... do they deserve to be on the nice list? Perhaps they can assist with his gift delivering this year! Deep down, he was always going to help them, but it can't hurt to make them work for it a little!

This prompt can be done once for each task!

Fantasy Only Prompt

Rules

The Wizard's design can be whatever you'd like it to be! He of course, still has to be a Pokémon!

- Event Artwork must contain at least 1 flat-colored half-body!

- Backgrounds are not required (but will earn you more Credits)!

- Written Entries are allowed for anyone!

- 1500 words required if you're writing about one individual character, and 2500 words required if writing for two of your own characters. +1000 words for every additional character of yours

- You cannot do both a Written Entry and a Drawn Art submission for the same prompt (unless otherwise stated)!

- RP Logs are allowed and encouraged! They must be at least 2000 words

- Please ask for permission to use another person's character in your art if you aren't sure they're okay with it!

- If you own two characters and put them both in the same picture, then they will both get Credits from it, but only one can get Power from the submission

- Collabs are allowed! Both members will get the same amount of Credits and Power for a collab so long as they put in equal effort. This only applies to a maximum of 3 people and must be done in the traditional sketch/line/color type of collab! Mass "Insert Your Character" Collabs will not count for this- each participant will get Credits for what they and they alone draw
