During my year taking yearbook I have learned how to create spreads and how to organize content. While it is not my main job, I worked with the design editor to help brainstorm different designs. Below is an example of one of the better spreads that I executed the idea of.
As social media manager, it is also my job to come up with the occasional graphic that can be utilized to boost traffic and to catch more eyes for our website and social media handles.
Above is an example of a graphic that I created using Adobe Photoshop. It promotes the spring sporting events that we had coming up at the time and was an eye-popping image that caught browser's attention. It was also a unique way to take advantage of the photos available to me and received a good response on social media.
Above are the two main graphics for our social media handles. I created both using basic Adobe Photoshop skills that I picked up in graphic design, and having these banners allows our content to have a uniform image across social media platforms.
