Photos can make or break a delivery. Photos are your proof that the delivery assigned to you was picked up, and that same delivery was placed at the delivery location. Therefore, use the evidence a photo can capture to eliminate any doubt of a successful delivery. Warehouse photo is on the left and all labels should be clear and easy to read in the photo. Photo requirements for some deliveries such as flowers or groceries require a slight adjustment in how a photo is taken. Grocery requires 2 photos, the receipt and the groceries in your car.

Below are examples of common photos taken by drivers. Photos 3 and 4 protect the driving from a claim. They clearly show the package on location. Drivers submitting photos similar to photos 1 are simply capturing a label, but no other associated proof of delivery. If a customer files a claim and the photo submitted does not provide adequate proof of delivery, driver will be responsible to cover claim reimbursement.

In order to avoid a deduction of the delivery fee, two photos are required at drop off. One of the required photos must show package and Pigeon flag on driver's car, the other photo must convey undeniable proof of delivery drop off location. Photo should not included a picture of the customer. If you are dropping off at a business or at concierge desk, photo must clearly identify drop off location but should not included person receiving the package. Photos 3 and 4 are examples of what required drop off photos should look like. There should always be two proof of delivery photos
Below are 4 photos of a package drop off.
Photo 1 = Bad - No proof this was delivered. Nothing identifies the package is actually at the correct address.
Photo 2 = Not Good - Although this photo shows slightly more than the previous, it still doesn't identify enough of the delivery address.
Photo 3 = Required - This photo provides partial proof of the address along with a picture of the package and the flag on the driver's car.
Photo 4 = Required - Porch and street address easily identifiable. This is a perfect delivery photo.
