Following proper procedures and making deliveries on time is critical to the success of company. Drivers who fail to follow protocol or arrive late for deliveries with be accessed a surcharge.
Surcharges For Late Delivery
5 min grace period allowed on all deliveries but rush deliveries
Every 20 minutes of being late results in 20 percent reduction in pay (e.g.6-20 minutes late for $10 = $2 deduction, 21-40 minutes = $4 deduction)
Possible Exceptions
All requests for exception should be called into PigeonShip Support as soon as possible.

Emergency situations called in ahead of time may result in a reduction of surcharge deduction (subject to approval)

Surcharges for Canceled Delivery
The surcharge for each delivery is listed in the delivery information
Delivery canceled by PigeonShip support for driver non-compliance will be charged the cancellation surcharge
Deliveries canceled by Customers are not subject to a surcharge
Any delivery that cannot be delivered because the driver is late will be subject to the cancellation surcharge
Incorrect Photo Surcharge
Drivers will be charged a 10% surcharge for incorrect or missing photos
Missing Package Surcharge
If a company puts in a claim that holds PigeonShip responsible for a lost package the driver will be considered responsible if photos do not provide proper proof of delivery or if a required signature is missing. The driver will lose 100% of the pay for that delivery. This covers only a fraction of the cost PigeonShip pays to companies for missing deliveries.
Bonuses
While we need to hold drivers accountable for issues we also want to provide bonuses for drivers who get it right. There will be monthly bonuses for any driver who has 100% on-time deliveries and 100% correct photos. Different bonus levels are available based on the number of deliveries a driver completed that month.
10-20 deliveries = Bronze Bonus
20-40 deliveries = Silver Bonus
40+ deliveries = Gold Bonus
