Now it's time to put your training to the test. So long as you have reviewed this training process you should not have any issues. We also require 1 test delivery so your first unassisted delivery goes smooth.

Your task on the Delivery Details Page is to complete each section for the order(s) you pick up. Whether you are picking up 1 order or 10 orders, the Delivery Detail page will, when followed properly, will document and provide proof of pickup. The only step on this page that will be repeated when you are assigned multiple orders is the scan section. For example, if you have 6 orders to pickup, you'll see 6 available scannable sections for each order.

Upon pressing the PROCEED TO DELIVERY button, you will be taken to the ORDER page. The ORDER page is discussed in the Delivery IN Transit training section.

Once you have located your packages belonging to your assigned Delivery Route, proceed to click the SCAN icon and scan each package 1 by 1 until all have been properly scanned. Occasionally you'll have a delivery that does not have a label to scan. In that case you can skip the step.

When picking up 1 or more packages simultaneously, using the MASTER PICKUP PHOTO option is convenient, which allows you to use 1 single photo to qualify as the pick up photo for each package in the Delivery Route. To proceed, click MASTER PICKUP PHOTO and take the photo which should include all packages in the Delivery Route. If you would prefer to take an individual photo of each package for the pick up photo, you can complete each photo 1 by 1 by accessing the ORDER page. [Please make sure the package ID is visible in each photo]
