Reworked the completion rate system to be based on points. The completion rate can now increase to over 300% relative to the original Flash version.
Sand Dragons now have a 10% chance to drop a Sand Dragon Egg.
???? is now called as the "World's Former End"
This area is now required as the main gameplay, while it was used to be purely for aesthetics and held no addition to gameplay.
To access the the World's Former End (previously known as ????), the Forgotten Forest is required, as it requires 666 completion points to unlock. It can be achieved through the following:
Collecting at least 42 Moonstones (+2 completion points per Moonstone, +84 completion points total)
Reaching at least 180 HP bonus (+180 completion points total)
Collecting at least 25 Heart Rubies (+150 HP)
Drinking 10 Chocolate Protein Shakes (+30 HP)
Your max HP will reach at least 210 HP.
+1 completion point per HP bonus. For instance, each Heart Ruby gives +6 max HP, yielding +6 completion points, and drinking 10 Chocolate Protein Shakes, yielding +30 completion points.
Obtaining all armors including the Ancient Armor (+60 completion points)
Leather Vest (reduces incoming damage by 1 point plus 5% of enemies' attack damage; +10 completion points)

Spheralis (formerly Artifact; activates certain switches, also temporarily disable Flying Sentries; +40 completion points)
The Unit 0066 chase sequence replaced with the Great Boss of Earth (formerly planned as the Last Song of Boss). To access the Great Boss of Earth, you must defeat the Master Computer boss first before going to the Missing Unit 0066 cutscene, then leave the Phoenix Lab, go to the formerly secret location. The Great Boss of Earth is slightly harder to defeat than the Master Computer, as their attacks are stronger than the former one. The boss' health is the same as the Master Computer.
The bottomless pits in the cliffs of the formerly secret location no longer take damage. Instead, Gale will bring down to the southern bottom of the cliff that features the entrance for the Great Boss of Earth.
You start at 30 HP instead of 20, each Heart Ruby increases the health capacity by 6 instead of 3, Chocolate Protein Shake increases by 3 instead of 2, and can increase up to 10 uses instead of 5.
Major changes and tweaks to armors.
Changed defense functions of the armors from the original version of the game so the incoming damage reduction will be even far more effective against more powerful attacks (including future planned enemies’ attacks):
Leather Armor: +1 DEF → DEF: +1 + 5% of the enemies’ damage (5% + 1)
Chainmail Armor (formerly Chain Mail): +2 DEF → DEF: +2 + 10% of the enemies’ damage (10% + 2)
Ancient Armor: +3 DEF → DEF: +3 + 15% of the enemies’ damage (15% + 3)
The “%” appended after the number stands for the percentage of the enemies’ base damage added to the defense. It cannot exceed 100%.
In case of the calculated incoming damage values return non-integers, the incoming damage value is based on the calculated incoming damage rounded up. Take the Megalith's attack for example, which has the base damage of 10 HP. If you wear the Ancient Armor, which provides Gale a defense of 3 plus 15% relative to the Megalith's attack, giving the machine's attack damage ceil(10 - (3 + 1.5)) = ceil(10 - 4.5) = ceil(5.5) = 6 HP.
Chain Mail renamed to Chainmail Armor.
Increased money values for Silver and Gold coins:
Silver: 3 Rai => 5 Rai
Gold: 5 Rai => 10 Rai
Bronze coins' money values remained unchanged at 1 Rai.
Minor changes to Gold Bars
Gold bars' price now changes every 30 minutes instead of one hour.
Gold Bars when sold will award you the given price from the merchant rather than $100 constantly.
Gold Bars are now worth between $40 to $200.
An unknown man that appeared in Atai city is now called as Gill.
All medals are now referred to as achievements. All formerly hidden medals are no longer hidden. Some achievements are worth some bonuses into the gameplay.
Made all cutscenes skippable to prevent players from wasting the time to wait for defeating the Great Boss of Earth.
Fixed various typos which were dated back to 2014.
Completely revamped in-game interface (including the world map) and the main menu.
Changed the text input size in the password saving system to be much larger.
You can now have up to 5 saves instead of 3.
Fixed a minor glitch while hitting a switch in the hidden part of the Prince Tower beyond the top in a room with two ladders and contains shooting arrows, the switch will turn dark and you can no longer hit the same switch again until you leave the room.
The new changes introduced by the new boss, making the first four story chapters much easier but may take even longer time than the speed run does to reach the former ending.
New locations: Daea's Fountain - Leads to the new region.
The Great Boss of Earth (formerly the Last Song of Boss)
Attacks:
[Phase 1]: The Great Boss of Earth will shoot multiple small plasma beams rapidly and seek Gale. Its small plasma beams damage is 12 HP.
[Phase 2]: It will shoot a dead ray of plasma beams in 2 directions for a few seconds. Its dead ray of plasma beams damage is 12 HP.
[Phase 3]: Next, it will splat some heavy duty explosions at random locations. Its explosions deals a damage of of 16 HP.
[Phase 4]: It will shoot a big electric magic and may seek you. Its magic damage deals 16 HP in damage. In addition, you can only attack the boss during this phase.
