We welcome highly motivated students who are passionate about protein folding, ligand binding, and their applications in biotechnology, food science, and medicine to join our lab. Our research integrates protein engineering, structural biology, biophysical techniques, and proteomics to investigate fundamental biological mechanisms and develop innovative applications.

We are looking for undergraduate, master's, and Ph.D. students who are interested in:

✅ Protein folding and stability – Investigating the mechanisms of protein folding and misfolding from thermodynamic and kinetic perspectives.
✅ Food science and biotechnology applications – Studying the role of functional food components and developing analytical techniques.
✅ Drug discovery and biomarker research – Identifying novel drug targets and understanding disease-related protein interactions.
🔬 Hands-on experience in protein biochemistry, molecular biology, and analytical techniques.
