Brand Story

Liu Kun, founder and CEO of Horman Technology, holds a master’s degree in Automatic Control from Harbin Institute of Technology. He previously worked in R&D and project management at Toshiba, Mindray Medical, and the century-old German company IKA.

In 2015, as an experienced pet owner, Liu Kun founded Horman Technology—a global smart pet technology company dedicated to continuous innovation—to provide pets with more professional care. Leveraging his strong R&D background, he emphasizes leading-edge core technologies and integrating smart technology into the daily lives of pets and their owners.

During the development of Horman’s pet drying box, Liu Kun overcame numerous technical challenges, securing 3 invention patents and 65 utility model patents, earning him the reputation of a true “product-driven founder.”
