Abstrak : Produk inovasi yang digelarkan sebagai WiP Easy telah di rekabentuk untuk mentransformasikan penggunaan dokumen bercetak yang selama ini digunapakai oleh pelajar, pensyarah dan pihak industri perhotelan kepada bentuk digital. Dokumen seperti panduan pelaksanaan Work-based Learning (WBL) /Latihan Industri, borang-borang penilaian, borangborang bukti pengurusan pelajar, log-book, pengisian tugasan dan nota dapat diakses secara online dalam bentuk portal di komputer peribadi (PC) atau lap top secara lebih cepat dan mudah. Objektif utama WiP Easy ialah untuk menjadi platform yang meminimakan perjumpaan secara bersemuka (face to face) di antara pihak kolej dan pihak industri terutama sekali sewaktu era penularan wabak Covid-19 untuk memudahkan proses pengurusan dan penilaian pelajar sewaktu mereka menjalani program WBL/Latihan Industri di hotel. WiP Easy di bangunkan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Wix.com dan Macro-Based Excel telah di ujikaji dengan dijadikan Alat Bantu Mengajar (ABM) kepada pelajar program Diploma in Hotel Management Joint Certificate with Taylor’s University bermula dari tahun 2021. Sebanyak lapan buah hotel telah mengiktiraf penggunaan WiP Easy di organisasi mereka. Kesemuanya memberikan maklumbalas yang positif serta menyokong penggunaan WiP Easy untuk diteruskan pada sesi WBL/Latihan Industri bagi kohort pelajar yang seterusnya. Kesimpulannya, dengan menggunakan Wip Easy penggunaan dokumen bercetak dapat dikurangkan, tugasan pelajar dapat dipantau secara online dan penilaian dari industri juga dapat diperolehi dengan cepat dan tepat.
