In compliance with the requirements of Title IX, 34 C.F.R. § 106.45 (b)(10), Peninsula Union School District has provided required training to all Title IX personnel including the District’s Title IX Coordinator(s), Investigator(s), Decision-Maker(s), and Facilitator(s) within the first two weeks of each school year. This training can be viewed by accessing the link below.

Filing a Complaint Under Title IX:

Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination. Please visit the link below for more information on the filing process; a copy of the complaint form is also available at the link provided below.
