現任韓國山林廳「農業、林業與海洋基礎設施智慧醫療科技發展推廣計畫」研究員，林業保育署認證森林療癒師，以森林療癒為題完成國立臺灣大學碩士學位。長期深耕森林療癒與竹林療癒之實務推廣，曾與陳柏霖合作《極島森林II》實境節目，打造臺灣首條阿里山水山療癒步道，並策劃臺灣首場草嶺石壁森林療癒祭，推動療癒產業化與地方共創。曾任台灣森林保健學會理事，期間共同建立林業保育署森林療癒師認證制度，執行棲蘭與明池森林遊樂區療癒場域評估計畫，並促成雲林與韓國森林療癒國際合作，為臺灣森林療癒專業化與制度化的重要推手。

Paul is a researcher at the Korea Forest Service’s Smart Healthcare Technology Development and Promotion Project for Agriculture, Forestry, and Marine Infrastructure. He is a certified Forest Therapy Guide by the Taiwan Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency and holds a master’s degree in forest therapy from National Taiwan University. Paul has long been devoted to promoting forest and bamboo forest therapy; he collaborated with actor Bolin Chen in Extreme Forest II, created Taiwan’s first Forest Therapy Trail in Alishan, and organized the nation’s first Forest Therapy Festival at the Caoling Shibi Forest Therapy Base. He previously served as a director of the Taiwan Forest Therapy Society, co-established the national certification system for forest therapist, conducted the evaluation of forest therapy sites at Cilan and Mingchi, and promoted international collaboration between Yunlin County and South Korea, making him one of the key figures in advancing the professionalization and institutionalization of forest therapy in Taiwan.
