From HR: Rapid Test Kits for Subs

On January 21, 2022, Human Resources Director, Shae Abba sent the following information to substitute teachers and casual support staff regarding rapid test kits:

Hello Substitute Teachers and Casual Support Staff,

Hope you are all safe and well. Thank you so much for helping us navigate through this difficult time. 

Several of you have emailed me asking for Rapid Test Kits, and I finally have some direction.

Rapid Test Kits have arrived; however, we are still short about 7000 kits, but anticipate them arriving next week. We have asked our Principals to offer up any spare kits to Substitute Teachers and Casual Support Staff that are currently working in their schools. 

If there are any spares at your school the Principal or Head Secretary will give you one when you sign in or out at the office. We are keeping track of who is getting them as the quantity is limited.  If there are no kits available at your school I have a few here at my office. I will leave them with the receptionist at the front desk. You can call and reserve one for pick up today.
