NARATIVE REPORT
Why I choose Paranaque National Highschool-Main?
As the largest student population in Asia, PNHS-Main formerly known as Paranaque Municipal High School has over nineteen thousand students attending paranaque high school and the facilities are comfortable and the facilities are well equipped.
As a future educator, I will learn a lot more and know how to approach the students the way of teaching and I will be ready and listening to learn more about my knowledge and my teaching skills.
First day of Deployment
On the first day of my observation there were very few students attending online classes. They don't give much priority to the online class. Because they think there is nothing to learn from it. Because sometimes the internet is weak when the teacher is teaching so sometimes they can't understand what the teacher is saying so they can't follow and understand the whole of what the teacher is teaching.so that's not why they are not active in the online class and the others have limited internet access so their class attendance is also limited due to the limitation of the internet. But now many want to take f2f class because there is so much to learn because PNHS HIGH SCHOOL is complete with equipment and facilities.
ENCOUNTER WITH THE STUDENTS
I observed in the students of HYPATIA, FREUD and ARISTOTLE section are only a few of them are active in class but most of them are not active in class they are not that fast and others are not attending online class. so they have a hard time keeping up because they don't attend/they rarely attend class. Because they are used to face to face class. because we are all innovating in the way we teach. so the others do not have enough study equipment and not everyone has internet access.
ENCOUNTER WITH THE TEACHERS
I Observed in teachers the ability of teachers to teach is that they work hard at what they do for the students. But not all the students do not see and appreciate what the teachers are doing so they just ignore. They do this especially now that online class they have difficulty what their teaching strategy will be and how to approach students to learning.
ENCOUNTER WITH THE PRINCIPAL
I dont have encountered the principal. ut as far as i can see it is very good to handle large facilities. Because we saw all their facilities, clean and especially the school staff to take care of the students.
