You've had all holiday break to put your final touches on your car. Come get it checked to make sure there's no surprises morning of the Pinewood Derby. Cars can be checked and a practice run down the track can be made.

Chocolate Bar Fundraiser - Jan. 17th, Stop & Shop on Farmington Ave. 10am-2pm

Munson Chocolate Bar Fundraiser

Help us sell Munson's chocolate bars to fund raise for the Pack! It's a great experience for the kids, plus they honestly love doing it. Funds raised will help us provide supplies and awesome programming for Pack 161. We need at least one family signed up per time slot, but the more the merrier. Don't worry if you have never done it before, we will make sure you have everything you need.

Polar Cubs - Jan. 24th, J.N.Webster, 9am - 3pm

The price is $35 per Scout and $10 per adult. Medical Form A&B is required for both Scout and Adult (this is not the full form that needs a physician to complete) Let us know if you sign up so we can put everyone who's going in contact with each other. There is also a February date, so make sure you sign up for the January day. 

Lions (Kindergarten) will not be permitted to shoot BB guns in accordance with Scouting America's Age Appropriate Guidelines for Scouting Activities.

Model Rocket Launching with CATO - Build Sessions February 10th & 21st

This year we're going to be building FlisKits Thing-a-ma-jigs. These kits will require two build nights to assemble. You will need to paint/decorate your rocket on your own. They use the Standard 18mm Engines, have a parachute for recovery, and are about twice the size of the rockets we built last year.

We need an official headcount of who would like to participate by 1/24. Please respond using this Google Form to confirm your Scout's participation. 

Build Session 1 - February 10th, 6pm at Duffy Elementary School Cafeteria

Launch Day - March 21st - 10am at Zagray Farm in Colchester

Rocket kits will be $10 - Due by Build Session 1

3 engines for launch day will be $10 - Due by Launch Day
