This unit is focused on houses and their insulation properties. As our school is based in a farming area so we looked at wool and its various uses. Pupils were able to create a felted piece of artwork based on the views in our local area. Examples of their artwork have been included in the slides presentation below.
Pupils also investigated insulation properties of materials and were encouraged to 'talk like a scientist' to help them complete their See, Think and Wonder sheets.
