Step 1: Setting up a profile

To get started, you first need a profile! Here's how to create a store. A video walkthrough is also available at the end of the page.

  1. Create an account.

Visit the following URL and create an account: https://sp-seller.webkul.com/?sid=17779

2. Modify your account

Enter all the information about your store, including your profile picture and your shop logo.

**The save button is at the bottom of the page, don't forget to use it!

3. Write a clear store policy

Here is an example of a store policy. It should include your drop-off/shipping policy, returns policy, contact and any other important information. Feel free to use it as template for your store.

Drop-off /Shipping Policy I am available to meet up Thursday nights and on the weekend. I am from the Stittsville area so I normally meet up at Kanata Centrum in front of Mucho Burrito.I can ship VIA Canada Post or FedEx but I will charge an extra shipping fee to help cover the cost unless it is a large order.Contact me about large orders that you wish to ship to discuss pricing —————————————————————— Returns If an item is defective please contact me before leaving a bad review, I will work with you to come to a resolution that is agreeable to us both. —————————————————————— Contact and Custom Orders You can contact me through the contact button on my profile page. For custom items, please make sure to add the information required in the product description. I will contact you directly if any clarification is needed.
I will require payment to be fulfilled VIA the custom item product I will create on Ottawa Artisans before work begins.
Looking forward to making you unique clothes your friends will be jealous of!

4. (Optional) Link your social accounts to your store.

  1. Add your social media handles.

  2. Highlight them one by one and click on the ''Insert/Edit link button''.

  3. Copy and paste the URL of your social media page (example: https://www.facebook.com/ottartisans/)

  4. Hit save and the text should be underlined and in purple.
