There are two mandatory All Scholar Meetings each rotation. One will be an in-person meeting at the hospital (for Portland Scholars only), and the other will be a virtual centralized meeting (for Scholars at all sites).

AHPL In-Person ASM: Saturday, November 2, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Adventist Health Portland

Recruitment:

• Customized campus flyers: Send Alyssa a photo, quote, major/grad year, and campus involvement. We will customize and distribute the flyers on your school campus.

• Recruitment events: Attend one of our upcoming recruitment events (career fairs, presentations). Email Alyssa for details.

• Leads outreach: Leverage your connections (professors, advisors, career counselors, student organizations, potential Health Scholars) to help us recruit for the program. Email Alyssa for an email template to use in your outreach. 

Training Days: 

• Support training as a Training Ambassador - November 3 + 10, December 15, & January 12. Email Alyssa for details.
